I have a very good experience with Life Circle Senior Services ltd . Their cooperation and alertness to send the best attendant anytime may it be late night or early morning . I am very happy by the ways of Mr. Ashwani Rana the Deputy Manager inspite of holding such a high position in the company he always respond to my calls , listen and complete the task as I desire . Though I have never met him but have the desire to meet Talking to him I get the feeling of a Son . There is Mr. Nitin Ahuja also who is also very cooperative . He is the one who connected me to this company when my husband for the first time needed the attendant . So on the whole I would say that this is the best company in Gurgaon . My mother had a knee replacement surgery this month and we have availed nursing facility from Life Circle, Gurgaon from 11th Aug which is still continuing while I m writing this. First of all, I would like to thank Mr Surender for explaining us everything in detail during the sign up process and also for making frequent visits to keep a check on quality provided by the nurse. Special thanks to Kiran Devi for being an outstanding nurse. She is not only very proactive with her work but also an extremely good human being. She has looked after my mother just like her own. She definitely needs a pat on her back and needs special recognition by Life circle. If there is anything I can do for her or her family in the future, we will be glad to do that. My mother had undergone hip surgery weeks after having brain stroke. Post surgery doctor suggested complete bed rest for few months. That’s when we thought of having a full time care taker and came across Life Circle. We spoke to Mr. Nitin who helped answering all our queries and arranged for a full time care giver. Ms Shanti took care of my mother like a sister. My mom speaks less and is a bit reserved but the care giver dealt so patiently with her. She helped my mom with daily routines even at the oddest hour without any sign of irritation or frustration. She helped my mother perform the daily exercises as recommended by the physio. It’s only for her that my mother is able to pass through the tough times and we can’t thank Life Circle enough for the same. ~ Manu S

The Nursing Officer is excellent at his job. He is always focused first and foremost on the patient. He keeps ensuring that the patient is taken care of and regularly follows up and checks. If for some reason some replacement is required, he goes out of his way and ensures that the replacement is done so that there is minimal discomfort for the patient. Our experience with Life Circle has been outstanding. We needed a 24 hour care service provider for my mother urgently. The person I spoke with was Arvind. He was polite, responsive, listened carefully to our needs and provided us with Jyoti who we interviewed and hired as soon as she had a COVID test. We have had Jyoti for a month and we are very pleased with her services so far. She is caring, alert, responsiveness to the needs of of my mother, patient, and good humored. We feel we can trust her. Very professional organisation. We stay in DLF Icon, DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon where it is difficult for nursing staff to reach directly as no direct transport is available. Still their Nurse Jolly always reach on time and keep us informed for all procedures. We took attendant services as well for a week and staff was good. Nurse manager used to visit us timely for feedback’s and training. I must say they are one of the best Nursing agencies we have witnessed in last 1 year. ~ NAVEEN V
